Method for reserving a BOX. A box is any space within our facility - small, medium, large and also our event open floor space.

Any participant in a class | session.
Any individual streaming a session into a box for their own participation.
An individual that meets up with a group for fitness/wellness performance. - An individual who uses the space on their own.
May reserve a box 14 days out.
Pay at the time of reservation in full for each reservation.
Cannot move a reservation but you can assign a reservation to anyone up to 2 hrs before commencement. Once you book and pay for a Box there are no refunds.
May register other athletes attending, you can register who the other athletes attending are so they may sign in and enter the Box anytime.
If you are sharing the cost of a Box you are to collect payment from the other athletes outside of our operation.

Any creator of fitness/wellness - an instructor.
Talent looking to record and/or stream content.
You can book a Box 45 days out
Pay for the reservation once the reservations is 14 days out.
Move a reservation within 14 days of reservation.
No refunds on reservations.
Assign a reservation anytime up to within 24 hrs from reservation.
Assigning a reservation requires you to provide the provider name and an email address.
Provider may *Repurpose the Box for Athlete participation. *Session
Providers may register who the other athlete attending are so they may sign in and enter the Box before you arrive.
Providers may repurpose a Box as open register for the community to sign up and participate.
Providers may register hold for Athlete for their session.
Select the type of session and equipment included from the Box drop down menu.
Fill in a description of the session at time of repurposing the Box.
Set the rate for an athlete to sign up for the session.
Streaming - Set the rate for an athlete to stream and collect the money from an athlete to stream outside our operation. *Stream 2
Sharing the cost of a Box - collect payment from other athletes outside of the Studios operation.
